Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Solid English language skills and prior guest relations experience.
• Liquor/wine service training certification preferred.
• TIPS or CARE certification, or willing to obtain by first day on the job.
• Ability to input and access information in POS and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and deliver to tables.
• Handle payments and cash transactions.
• Explain menus and make recommendations to guests.
• Prepare drinks and wine service as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations.
• Assist in greeting, seating, and thanking guests.
• Escort guests to tables and ensure guest satisfaction.
