Qualifications

• Able to lift, push or pull objects up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
• Good reading, writing and basic math skills.
• Able to work night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Must comply with local laws on food handling and alcohol service; fluent in local language.
• Strong communication and friendly, welcoming demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and recommend food and drinks to enhance their dining experience.
• Maintain kitchen and service areas, monitor supplies and equipment, minimise waste.
• Raise any safety issues or unsafe equipment to supervisor or duty manager.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required protective equipment to ensure a safe workspace.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness to meet local hygiene standards.
• Assist with washing up and other kitchen duties as needed.
• Answer guest queries and provide accurate dining guidance.
• Represent the brand with uniform and professional conduct.
• Participate in ad-hoc duties to support the team.
