Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a courteous server to deliver food and beverages with speed and a high level of guest satisfaction. You will greet guests, take accurate orders, input into POS, and deliver meals while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality service.
• Greet guests, explain specials and promotions.
• Ability to input orders accurately into POS and relay details to kitchen.
• Knowledge of state, federal and corporate liquor regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner and take orders.
• Input orders into POS and relay to kitchen with accuracy.
• Deliver beverages and meals, check for guest satisfaction.
• Replenish beverages and assist with desserts or specialty coffees as needed.
• Present the check promptly and ensure payment accuracy.
• Follow safety, security, and cleanliness standards; assist other staff as needed.
