Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a friendly, professional server to provide food and beverage service at our Texas property. You will greet guests, take orders, input into POS, deliver orders, and ensure guest satisfaction.

A regular schedule, liquor compliance, and participation in safety procedures are required. Benefits include 401(k), health insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations.
• Basic food and beverage knowledge and etiquette.
• Ability to input orders accurately into a POS and deliver promptly.
• Excellent guest relations and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner and explain specials.
• Take and input orders, deliver meals and beverages with accuracy.
• Abide by liquor regulations and check IDs when needed.
• Replenish beverages, upsell desserts or specialty coffees, and clear/reset tables.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain neat appearance.
