Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a friendly Restaurant Server to deliver memorable dining experiences from starter to dessert. In this role you welcome guests, provide inspired menu recommendations and ensure seamless service in a fast-paced hotel restaurant.

You will work evenings and weekends, lift up to 50 lbs, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while following health regulations. The position offers competitive pay, full uniform, staff discounts, and training to help you grow with the IHG

Qualifications

• Good literacy skills for reading, writing and basic maths.
• Flexibility to work night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Compliance with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol; must be above the minimum age and fluent in the local language.
• Excellent communication skills; must be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to.

Responsibilities

• Take on ad‑hoc duties to keep the service running smoothly.
