Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent or work experience.
• Identification that establishes identity.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize guest experience and hospitality at all times.
• Follow safety and security procedures; report unsafe conditions.
• Maintain appearance and uniform standards per property.
• Communicate clearly with staff and management; keep lines open.
• Engage with guests and team members to ensure service quality.
• Stay calm under pressure and solve problems promptly.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and according to standards.
• Assist servers with table maintenance, clearing, and beverage service.
• Perform opening, side work, and closing duties; know menu items.
