Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Proven experience working in the restaurant industry.
• Sound knowledge of proper food handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve complimentary snacks to guests once they are seated.
• Wrap utensils in napkins accordingly.
• Clear dirty plates, utensils, and glassware from tables as required.
• Carry dirty tableware to the kitchen area.
• Prepare tables for arriving guests by wiping spills, clearing crumbs, replacing linen, and setting up tableware.
• Deliver food to tables when servers are busy.
• Respond to guests' requests and inform management of any complaints.
• Arrange tables and chairs to accommodate larger groups.
