Job summary

Falcons Landing is seeking a dedicated Server Assistant to support our upscale dining services for residents and guests. You will assist servers, clear and reset tables, and help maintain a warm, welcoming dining environment.

Candidates should have strong communication and a team-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellent customer service. Prior hospitality or senior living experience is a plus but not required.

Falcons Landing is seeking dedicated and personable Server Assistants to support our upscale dining services. This is more than a hospitality role-it’s an opportunity to provide exceptional service to retired military officers and their families in a warm, respectful, and community-driven environment.

As a Server Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a seamless dining experience by supporting servers, maintaining an inviting atmosphere, and ensuring every resident feels valued and cared for.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare dining areas by setting tables with precision and attention to detail
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain smooth service flow
• Assist servers with food delivery, beverage service, and guest needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all dining areas
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with residents and guests

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule:

• Weekday evenings: 4:30 PM - 8:30 PM
• Saturdays: 10:30 AM - 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM - 8:30 PM
• Sundays: 10:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Compensation:

• $15.00 per hour
