Crescent Hotels & Resorts is looking for a PM Server at Hilton Columbus Polaris. Ideal candidates will provide excellent guest service in our restaurant, engage with guests, and create a positive dining experience. The position is available for both part-time and full-time shifts mostly covering lunch and dinner.

Description

Do you have a passion for the food and beverage industry? Does making others happy excite you? If so, then you could be the ideal candidate for our PM Server position at the Hilton Columbus/Polaris. You would engage and serve our guests in our restaurant 17 Arrows and Patio, providing them with the highest levels of guest service. The Hilton Columbus/Polaris is a 254‑room full‑service AAA Four Diamond hotel located in the vibrant Polaris community. We are currently looking for part‑time and full‑time employees. The ideal candidate would be available to work mostly lunch and dinner shifts, during the week and on weekends.

As an associate, you will be eligible for health insurance and participation in our 401K program after 6 months of employment, with a match of 50 cents on the dollar up to 6% and a 5‑year progressive vesting schedule. You will also accrue vacation time each paycheck at a rate of 5 days of vacation after one year (this is based on how many hours you work so it will fluctuate). After six months of employment, you can begin utilizing any accrued vacation time. Associates enjoy free parking, a free hot meal when working your shift, and discounted hotel rooms with the Hilton brand and other Crescent Hotels & Resorts properties.

The company does not offer relocation for this position.

Responsibilities

• Serve our guests with the highest levels of service in the restaurant and bar, 17 Arrows (and patio).
• Greet guests, take orders, and use our Point of Service system.
• Deliver food to tables while displaying friendly, attentive service and ensuring guest satisfaction.

• Ability to communicate fluently in English.
