Job Description

The Hilton Garden Inn Mystic/Groton is seeking a service-oriented candidate to join the restaurant team as a Breakfast Server. This position offers part-time hours with potential to grow into a full-time role. Responsibilities include:

1. Greeting guests and seating them at clean tables according to our seating chart
2. Providing waters and menus shortly after guests arrive
3. Taking food and drink orders, and making suggestions if requested
4. Communicating orders to the kitchen
5. Serving drinks and food to tables
6. Checking on guests to ensure satisfaction and resolving issues as needed
7. Collecting plates after meals
8. Offering desserts and bills after dining
9. Processing payments
10. Cleaning and organizing the restaurant after shifts
