The Hilton Garden Inn Mystic/Groton is looking to add a service-driven candidate to the restaurant team as a Breakfast Server. This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time role. Below are the duties and details of the position:

• Greeting guests and seating them at clean tables as per our seating chart
• Bringing waters and menus to tables shortly after guests arrive
• Taking food and drink orders, and making suggestions if requested
• Communicating food and drink orders to the kitchen
• Bringing drinks and food to tables
• Checking in on guests to ensure satisfaction and addressing any issues
• Collecting plates after guests finish eating
• Offering dessert and/or the check once tables are cleared
• Collecting payment from guests
• Cleaning and organizing the restaurant at the end of the shift
• Performing all responsibilities promptly, friendly, and organized manner

Shift hours are from 5am to 11am, with weekends and holidays required.
