Join Our Coffi Lab Team as a Barista

Our wonderful Coffi Lab Baristas are central to creating the exceptional customer experience we strive for, providing prompt service and great-tasting coffee in a warm, friendly, and engaging manner.

If you are looking to join a company with heart, with the added bonus of daily visits from our friendly, four-legged customers, this could be the opportunity for you.

We are seeking someone to join our Marlborough team, working approximately 3 days per week. We operate 7 days a week, and we value flexibility. Rota schedules are prepared at least a week in advance, with shifts starting as early as 6:30 am and ending around 6:30 pm. All of our Baristas are paid £11.50 per hour.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer service and delighting every customer.
• Crafting beautiful coffee with basic latte art, following recipes, presentation standards, and understanding all types of milk served.
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment for both staff and customers.
• Managing multiple tasks efficiently to ensure speedy service and high-quality products during busy periods.
