Job summary

Emmaline's Cocktails and Provisions, located inside the DoubleTree Greenville Airport, is seeking part-time servers. The right candidate is well organized with a true hospitality mindset and will greet guests, take orders, and ensure smooth service in a dynamic setting.

Experience is preferred but not required; must hold an Alcohol service certificate from SC DOR and be able to stand for extended periods while providing excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Prior serving experience preferred but not required.
• Must hold Alcohol service certificate from SC DOR.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu.
• Accurately take and input orders into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Monitor tables and respond to guest needs in a timely manner.
• Process payments and handle cash or credit card transactions.
• Work with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area and reset tables.
• Resolve guest concerns or escalate as needed.
