Job summary

Emmaline's Cocktails & Provisions in Greenville, SC is seeking a friendly Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. You will craft cocktails, take orders, and provide attentive service to guests at the bar and dining area.

We require knowledge of cocktails, strong guest communication, and the ability to work nights and weekends. Must hold a current SC Alcohol Serving Certificate and be at least 21 years old.

Qualifications

• Ability to prepare and serve beverages per recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area and glassware.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal alcohol regulations.

Responsibilities

Emmaline's Cocktails & Provisions is looking for a talented, energetic, and hospitality-driven Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team.

The Bartender is responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience by crafting beverages, taking food and beverage orders, making recommendations, and providing excellent service at the bar and throughout the restaurant.

Requirements

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and customer preferences.
• Interact with guests, taking orders and providing recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including counters, shelves, and glassware.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal alcohol regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs.
• Upsell drinks and promotions to maximize revenue.
• Handle payments and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Other Duties as assigned

Summary

• Proven experience as a bartender preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and bar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be at least 21 years old
