Job Summary

The Restaurant Server oversees the daily operation of first-class customer service and food service in the restaurant. Responsibilities include receiving and conveying food orders to the kitchen, prompt food delivery, maintaining cleanliness of the assigned section, and providing excellent customer service as a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time in proper uniform.
• Greet all customers warmly and courteously.
• Review menu with customers, suggestively sell, and take orders.
• Use proper abbreviations and submit tickets to the kitchen.
• Deliver food promptly when ready.
• Handle payments and ensure all tickets are properly closed.
• Stock and prepare the unit for the next shift, including cleaning duties.
• Report safety concerns and customer complaints to management.
• Know the menu and daily features to upsell effectively.
• Follow the steps of service to maximize sales.

Qualifications
