Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Restaurant Server to join our team. As the face of our restaurant, you will ensure guests have a memorable experience by maintaining a clean environment, presenting menus, serving food and beverages, and engaging with guests. The role requires quick thinking, an engaging attitude, and the ability to connect with guests.

• Prepare the restaurant for service
• Greet and assist guests
• Guide guests through the menu and suggestively sell items
• Accurately take and confirm orders, including special requests
• Understand the menu details to enhance guest interactions
• Collaborate with team members in the restaurant and kitchen/bar
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues satisfactorily
• Present bills accurately and promptly
• Perform all duties according to Pyramid Hotel Group standards

Qualifications

• Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays
