Responsibilities include multitasking across tables, maintaining presentation standards, and upholding health and sanitation policies in a fast-paced fine dining setting. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is often required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a professional appearance.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tables simultaneously.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairing is preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
