Job Summary

The Restaurant Server oversees daily customer service and food service operations. Responsibilities include receiving and conveying food orders, prompt delivery, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent service as a strong teammate to our franchise partner.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time in proper uniform
• Greet customers warmly and review the menu when needed
• Suggestively sell products and take orders
• Use proper abbreviations and submit tickets to the kitchen
• Deliver food promptly
• Handle payments and ensure all tickets are closed at shift end
• Stock and prepare the unit for the next shift
• Perform cleaning duties and restocking
• Report safety concerns and customer complaints immediately
• Know the menu, daily features, and suggest add-ons
• Follow the steps of service to maximize sales

Qualifications
