Job summary

The Westin Sarasota in Sarasota, FL is seeking a part‑time server to deliver attentive and courteous service to guests. You will receive and deliver orders, process payments, ring orders into the POS, and maintain a clean, efficient dining area.

Applicants should be flexible for weekend shifts; no prior experience required though customer service or hospitality experience is a plus. Training is provided; the role emphasizes guest engagement and adherence to safety and liquor laws.

• Maintain a clean and efficient restaurant.
• Pre-bus all tables removing soiled dishes after each course.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Know and comply with state food handling and liquor laws.
• Engage guests in a cordial, efficient and professional manner.
• Report any items in need of repair.
• Follow all safety procedures while working.
