Role Description

This is a part-time or full-time, on-site position for a Restaurant Server at Highlander House. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and providing excellent customer service
• Taking and serving food and beverage orders
• Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
• Communicating effectively with kitchen and bar staff
• Handling POS transactions and managing tables
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in your section

Work Schedule

• Tuesdays–Thursdays: Shifts from 10 AM to 5 PM and 5 PM to 10 PM
• Fridays–Sundays: Minimum 6-hour shifts, depending on busy periods and private events

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Polish (required)
• Experience in food service and beverage skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of food preparation and basic food safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Previous hospitality experience is a plus
• Availability to work lunch, dinner, evenings, and weekends
