Essential Functions

• Serve food and drinks to guests

• Answer menu questions
• Communicate with kitchen about orders and special requests
• Record transactions and process payments
• Check guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and complete closing duties

• Follow safety and company policies
• Handle emergency procedures as trained
• Stand, sit, walk, and lift objects up to 25 pounds
