Qualifications

You are ambitious and outgoing, with a natural talent for selling upscale food and beverage items. You enjoy creating memorable dining experiences and have a passion for serving. You have experience as a server in a chef-driven restaurant, with a deep understanding of food, ingredients, preparation, and techniques. You have three to five years of fine dining experience, along with advanced knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine. While you are knowledgeable about global cuisines, Italian food is a particular passion of yours.
