Job Summary

The Restaurant Server oversees daily customer service and food service operations. Responsibilities include receiving and conveying food orders to the kitchen, prompt delivery, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time, dressed in a complete and proper uniform.
• Greet customers warmly and assist with menu inquiries.
• Take and submit orders accurately, using approved abbreviations.
• Deliver food promptly and handle payments securely.
• Complete shift checklists, stock, and prepare the unit for the next shift.
• Perform cleaning duties including bussing, sweeping, mopping, and bathroom sanitation.
• Report safety concerns or customer complaints immediately.
• Know the menu, daily features, and suggest add-ons to enhance sales.
• Follow the steps of service to maximize shift sales.

Qualifications
