Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

Summary

The server will take orders, answer questions about the menu and food, sell the restaurant's food and drinks, process payments, provide excellent customer service, and assist with cleaning when needed.

Shift type: AM & PM available

Duties & Responsibilities

• Sell and serve food and beverages safely
• Process guest bills and payments
• Provide quality and timely service in a friendly manner
• Set up tables and ensure cleanliness of linen, silverware, and glassware
• Clean tables and properly handle soiled wares and trash
• Know the menu and explain ingredients and preparation methods
• Report tips in compliance with company policy and IRS regulations
• Prepare station prior to opening, keep it neat during service, and clean at shift end
