Required Skills & Abilities

• At least 1 year of restaurant serving and bartending experience
• Flexible to work mid or PM shifts, including holidays and weekends
• Current Food Handlers certification
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written
• Ability to stand and walk for at least 8 hours
• Able to carry 10-15 pounds

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
• Ensure food quality and guest satisfaction
• Set up tables and perform opening duties
• Prepare and stock the bar with beer, wine, and spirits
• Bus tables, maintain cleanliness, and perform side work and closing duties
• Address guest concerns and resolve complaints
