FirstService Residential is seeking a friendly, experienced server to support our dining program for residents. You will handle lunch service, bar interactions, wine service, and event support in a fast-paced community setting.
Ideal candidates have 1+ year serving or bartending experience, strong communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a professional image. Shifts include days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Servers are on the forefront of resident interaction with the dining program for the community. From daily operations of the restaurant and bar to catering and special events. This is a position for an individual who routinely exercises good judgment and exceptional problem-solving skills. As the face of the dining experience, maintaining positivity and diplomacy in a fast-paced environment is critical while maintaining standards and authentically delivering on our Values and Global Service Standards.

Hours over and above normal office hours will occur, including evenings, holidays, and some weekends. Schedule is subject to change based on business needs.
