What you need to be successful as a Restaurant Server

• Welcoming guests and seating them comfortably
• Taking food and drink orders
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff for prompt and accurate order delivery
• Memorizing the menu and recommending appetizers, meals, and drinks
• Setting and rearranging tables for larger groups or special events
• Ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
• Recommending and delivering desserts
• Keeping the restaurant clean and organized at the end of each shift
• Maintaining a positive attitude and smiling at guests
• Communicating effectively with kitchen and bar staff to enhance guest experience
