Job summary

Shepherd’s Hollow Golf Club is seeking enthusiastic Server Assistants to join the culinary team for our restaurant and new banquet venue in Michigan. Ideal for individuals 18 and under seeking after-school and summer work, with a positive attitude and commitment to exceptional guest experiences.

Compensation is $13.73 per hour plus tips. Responsibilities include delivering food, greeting guests, stocking supplies, and supporting events.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing: interact positively with guests and staff.
• Self-motivated: take initiative and complete tasks without constant supervision.
• Team player: collaborate with servers, bartenders and kitchen staff.
• Detail-oriented: manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Age 18 or under: eligible for this position under supervision.
• Availability: flexible schedule incl. afternoons, evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to guests in the restaurant and banquet hall.
• Greet guests warmly and guide them in the restaurant and at the turn grille.
• Restock and maintain supplies at the turn grille, including snacks and bars.
• Assist service staff during events and banquets to ensure smooth operations.
