Loews Chicago Hotel is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver exceptional table service and guest experiences in a fast-paced dining setting. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure accuracy and presentation while coordinating with the kitchen and bar teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or hospitality settings is required.
• Strong guest service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40–50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and present menus with confidence.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, including dietary preferences.
• Serve food and beverages with quality and presentation in mind.
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Process payments accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain thorough menu knowledge to offer recommendations.
• Communicate guest needs to kitchen or bar as required.
• Keep tables and surrounding areas clean and staffed.
• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties.
• Support team members to ensure timely and coordinated service.
• Address guest concerns professionally and elevate when needed.
• Attend mandatory training sessions and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications Include

The wage for this position is $13.47.
