Summary of Position

Provides friendly and efficient service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience. Demonstrates professionalism, sincerity, and a positive attitude. Performs duties to maximize guest satisfaction and maintain a positive work environment, as directed by the Manager on Duty.

Position Activities and Tasks

• Interact with guests courteously and professionally
• Report to work well-groomed, in proper uniform, and practicing good personal hygiene
• Greet guests courteously upon seating
• Offer menu suggestions, answer questions, and anticipate guest needs
• Deliver hot food promptly and accurately
• Provide excellent Perkins service, actively engaging guests and addressing concerns
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, stations, and common areas
• Attend to guest requests and needs
• Pre-bus, detail, and maintain the dining area
• Perform side work such as rolling silverware, restocking stations, and bussing tables
• Follow the service cycle to ensure guest satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with management and coworkers about issues and solutions
• Process orders and operate POS systems
• Assist team members and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant
