Responsibilities
- Approach each guest with a positive and friendly manner.
- Serve tables as determined by management by retrieving and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Have a complete knowledge of hotel’s food and beverage preparation, menu, and pricing when taking orders.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Clear, clean, and prepare tables.
- Escalate guest service issues to management if unable to resolve.
- Ensure guests are satisfied during their meal service.
- Complete daily duties along with other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age to serve alcohol.
- Experience preferred but not required.
- Experience in hospitality is preferred.
- Possess basic math skills and cash-handling ability.
- Ability and flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
