CHOPT in Vestavia Hills is hiring a Senior Assistant Manager. Base compensation is $20.00-$23.50 per hour, with a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days. The role involves supporting the restaurant and GM, coaching staff, and ensuring food safety.

Qualifikationen

• Prior restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• ServSafe certification and required city/state food safety certifications.
• Clear communication with customers and employees and accurate information exchange.
• Proficient computer or tablet use.
• Manual dexterity to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils.
• Capability to occasionally move or transport items up to 25 pounds.

CHOPT Senior Assistant Manager

Base compensation: $20.00-$23.50 per hour

Hours per week: 45 (OT may be scheduled or worked based on business needs)
