CHOPT Senior Assistant Manager

Base compensation: $20.00-$23.50 per hour

Hours per week: 45 (OT may be scheduled or worked based on business needs)

We expect our Sr. Assistant Managers to support the restaurant & their General Manager by:

  • Fostering a positive, inclusive work environment where all employees feel welcome and are treated with dignity and respect
  • Prioritizing exceptional customer service and hospitality
  • Training and coaching hourly staff to support talent development
  • Helping to identify and develop trainers to support growth
  • Maintaining strict adherence to food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ensuring safe working conditions to reduce injury and accidents
  • Representing and protecting the CHOPT brand
  • Ensuring staff compliance with policies and procedures
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering

Qualified Candidates Must Have:

  • Prior restaurant management or supervisory experience
  • ServSafe certification and relevant food safety certifications
  • Clear communication skills with customers and employees
  • Proficiency in using computers and tablets
  • Manual dexterity for operating kitchen tools and utensils
  • Ability to occasionally lift or move items up to 25 pounds
