• Build the restaurant's business through direct and indirect sales, including planning for private and large party dining and community marketing initiatives.
• Lead and manage the Host/Sales department operations at the restaurant level.
• Partner with the Managing Partner and Executive Chef to ensure each event is flawlessly executed according to company philosophies.
• Interact with stakeholders at all levels to align efforts with company goals.
