Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Manager of Restaurant Safety to join the Legal Department and lead enterprise-wide safety initiatives for restaurant operations. You will partner with operations, training, risk, and other teams to reduce injuries through training programs and data-driven actions.

The role emphasizes OSHA compliance, incident trend analysis, and continuous safety improvements across the company. A hands-on restaurant background and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3+ years in Safety, Risk, Claims, Loss prevention, Food safety, or related environment (OSHA training/experience a plus).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Power BI or similar reporting tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, promote, implement, oversee, maintain, and deliver enterprise-wide safety programming and training for restaurant managers and hourly employees.
• Support field leaders by implementing safety meetings, messaging and observations.
• Analyze injury, incident, and near-miss data to identify trends and prevention opportunities; create actionable reports for leadership.
• Coordinate, investigate, and manage OSHA inquiries, inspections, and corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with operations, claims, facilities, HR, training and legal teams to improve safety outcomes.
• Participate in special projects related to safety, loss prevention, and risk reduction.
