Job summary

Ghirardelli Store San Francisco is seeking a part-time Restaurant & Retail Associate to welcome guests, process sales, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, inviting shop floor. You will work across shifts including evenings and weekends, delivering a world-class guest experience while sharing in our premium chocolate range.

This role starts at $19.61 per hour plus tips, with holiday pay, a free sundae or shake on every shift, and a 50% employee discount.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Ability to deliver excellent guest service and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and assist guests with inquiries.
• Operate cash register and handle cash/credit transactions.

• Assist with dishwashing and general store upkeep.
