Job summary

The Global Ambassador is seeking a restaurant porter to support both back and front of house before, during, and after service. This role requires a positive, self-motivated communicator with stamina and a strong work ethic to ensure smooth operations in a busy hospitality setting.

You will polish silverware, glassware, and chinaware, restock stations, manage linen, and coordinate with management to prevent shortages.

Responsibilities

• Properly polishing silverware, glassware, and chinaware.
• Removing and replacing glass racks in the dish area.
• Help stock server-stations with glassware and silverware.
• Help stock chinware on the expo line.
• Remove dirty linen bag throughout service and retrieve clean linen for server and support staff.
• Communication with management about glassware, plateware, and silverware shortages
• Access stewarding storeroom to maintain pars on plateware, glassware, and flatware

The restaurant porter is an important position that supports both the back and front of house before, throughout, and after service.
