Brassica is seeking Owner Operators to build their own Brassica restaurant, leading a culinary and service team in a collaborative, fast-paced setting in Cincinnati, OH. You’ll participate in the Brassica Owner Operator Training + Development Program, with 20 weeks of training, mentorship, and a culture of growth.

Pay reflects ownership: typically 125k–325k per year, guaranteed minimum weekly income of 1,500, plus a complete benefits package.
