Job summary

Brassica's Owner Operator Training + Development Program invites entrepreneurial leaders to run their own Brassica restaurant. As an Owner Operator you earn half the bottom line and will be supported to build your team, guests, and community.

Expect extensive training, mentorship, and a path from training earnings of $70,000–$90,000 during the first 2–3 years to potential yearly earnings between $125,000 and $325,000 with a guaranteed minimum weekly income of $1,500.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a strong GPA.
• Willingness to travel during training and relocate for the opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate a Brassica restaurant as Owner Operator.
• Hire, mentor and develop your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead with urgency, energy and excellence while maintaining Brassica's standards.
