Brassica seeks Owner Operators through its Training + Development Program to build and lead new restaurant ventures. You will undergo extensive training, then apply entrepreneurial leadership to grow a Brassica location and mentor your team.

Earners typically reflect ownership economics, with guidance and ongoing support from Brassica’s Operations team as you scale your own business and community impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a strong GPA.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Willingness to travel and relocate for training and opening locations.
• Ability to work long 9–12 hour days with urgency and high standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete 20 weeks of comprehensive training to prepare you to run a Brassica restaurant.
• Build and lead a restaurant team, delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Mentor others and develop leaders within the operation.
• Travel during training and relocate for opportunities to open new locations.
• Maintain Brassica's high standards of hospitality and quality.
