Job summary

Margaritaville Hotel San Diego Gaslamp Quarter is seeking an Outlet Manager to run our dining operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and profitability. The role covers coordination with adjacent outlets and maintaining brand standards across service areas in the Gaslamp Quarter location.

Responsibilities include leading shift planning, staff supervision, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards while delivering the Margaritaville guest experience in a dynamic, city-center

Qualifications

• Read, write and speak English.
• Prefer two to three years of fine dining experience.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.
• Previous supervisory/management skills and experience.
• Requires 8th grade math level.
• Requires high school reasoning level.
• Requires 12th grade language use level.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Coordinate activities with related outlets (Room Service, Bar).
• Maintain high standards of food, service, health and safety.
• Lead strategic planning, shift organization and HR elements of the team.
