Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, Montana, is seeking an Assistant Manager for its Food & Beverage department to oversee the daily operation of the restaurant outlet, supervise staff, and ensure a high level of guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years in restaurant operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management preferred; relevant certifications encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily restaurant operations in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
• Lead staff development and conduct performance reviews.
• Enforce sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing complaints and training staff.
• Schedule shifts and manage staffing plans.
• Monitor product quality and control labor costs.
