Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant / Outlet General Manager for the Texas A&M Hotel & Conference Center in College Station. You will oversee three food and beverage outlets, a management team of five, and 40+ front-of-house staff, driving guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive restaurant or hospitality management experience.
• Multi-unit restaurant/hospitality management experience preferred.
• Proven success managing high-volume restaurant, bar, and beverage operations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing labor and controllable expenses.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop management teams.
• Experience driving revenue growth through promotions, events, and guest engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience and service excellence across three outlets and 40+ staff.
• Manage annual revenue goals, labor costs, beverage costs, and operating expenses.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing teams; succession planning.
• Develop onboarding and ongoing training programs for all positions.
• Create revenue growth initiatives and cross-promotions with hotel leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing on promotions and local partnerships.
• Oversee beverage program management, inventory, pricing and quality.
• Maintain health, safety, sanitation, and operational standards.
