• Experience in restaurant operations and service standards is preferred.

• Understands the 10 Commandments and puts them into action.
• Responds with urgency to customer and employee concerns.
• Maintains safety and repair awareness of building and equipment.
• Trains, coaches, and develops team members daily.
• Recognizes performance that goes above and beyond.
• Accounts for all daily revenues and deposits.
• Completes admin duties and ensures paperwork on time.
