Qualifications

• Preferred: Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Experience leading teams and driving performance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manages profit and loss, cash reporting, labor, and food expenses.
• Attracts and retains talent through hiring decisions and development plans.
• Works with Managers and Market Leader to execute operational plans.
• Monitors performance using reporting tools and metrics.
• Maintains food safety protocols and a safe work environment.
• Builds customer relationships and resolves issues, implements changes.
