Job summary

Whataburger is seeking an Operating Partner in Brentwood, TN to lead restaurant teams, drive financial performance, and shape brand decisions. The role oversees P&L, staffing, and customer service excellence across multiple locations in the market.

Qualifications

2+ years of management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and development focus.
Experience with budgeting and HR processes.

Responsibilities

Manages profit and loss, oversees cash reporting, labor, food expenses, repairs, and maintenance.
Attracts and retains talent through hiring decisions and development plans.
Works with Managers and Market Leader to execute operational plans.
Monitors restaurant performance and processes using reporting tools and metrics.
Maintains restaurant safety protocols and promotes food safety policies and a safe work environment.
Builds relationships with customers and resolves complaints.
Drives rollout and adoption of change initiatives and campaigns.
