Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers in Marlton, NJ seeks an Assistant General Manager to help the General Manager run daily operations and lead the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will coach staff, manage shifts, uphold brand standards, and drive performance in a fast-paced quick-service environment. The role offers growth opportunities and a focus on service excellence.

Competenze

• Passionate about helping people learn and grow the business.
• Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent customer service abilities and positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and communication skills with a sharp business acumen
• 2+ years experience in quick service restaurant or similar management operations
• Flexible and open work schedule
• Basic food safety understanding and practice.
• Ability and willingness to lift/push objects weighing over 30 Lbs.

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate business objectives.
• Supervise non-management associates, assign tasks, coach, and develop shift supervisors.
• May perform duties in absence of the general manager.
• Motivate staff and maintain morale during busy periods.

• Maintain brand standards and procedures to maximize brand relations.
• Ensure cash management is accurate and reports are prepared daily.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues to build long-term relationships.
