Job summary

UNO Pizzeria - S Portland, ME is seeking a dedicated and motivated Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team in South Portland, ME. This role offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $65,000.00 to $73,000.00 per year, paid weekly.

You will manage daily restaurant operations with a focus on flawless execution and guest satisfaction, lead and develop the team, oversee P&L and inventory, and partner with colleagues and vendors to ensure consistent food quality and service.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of progressive restaurant management experience (full-service preferred).
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-through abilities.
• Experience with chain restaurants strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations with a focus on flawless execution and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve goals and deliver excellent service.
• Oversee P&L, food cost, and inventory management.
