UNO Restaurants LLC is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager for our Tilton, NH location. This entry-level management role is ideal for someone with shift supervisor experience eager to grow into a seasoned manager within our brand.

You will support daily operations, lead shifts, manage schedules and inventory, and uphold quality and safety standards while fostering a positive dining experience for guests. Opportunities for career advancement and comprehensive training are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a shift supervisor or equivalent in a restaurant setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
