Wingstop – Vibe Restaurants is seeking a General Manager to lead our team and oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations. As the GM, you will be accountable for financial results, upholding policies and procedures, and leading the restaurant team. This is an exempt, full-time position, and you will report to the Area Operations Coach.\nWe're looking for an experienced leader who can protect our brand, drive sales, and maintain the highest service standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of supervisory experience in food service.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills; problem-solving ability.
• Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Own all aspects of restaurant operations including facilities, cash handling, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Oversee staffing, training, performance plans, and development of managers.
• Drive profitability through local store marketing, inventory, ordering, and labor management.
